James made the search for our cabin very easy. He was efficient, flexible and accommodating. Other realtors we had contacted did not match up to the service, attention and integrity we experienced while working with James so we decided to continue working solely with him. We did not know James or the area before working with him, but we have gotten to know him as an excellent person to go to for help with real estate needs.

In the past we have bought and sold two houses with other real estate agents. Our experience with James was totally different. He was the first agent that we worked with that was more interested in finding a property that we all felt good about versus just making a sale as quickly as possible.

James worked very hard for my family as we sold our cabin. The original purchase / sale had several problems that occurred and James dealt with all of them in a professional manner. The original deal actually fell apart and James found another buyer for us in a timely manner. He returned emails and phone calls quickly. I would definitely recommend James if you are looking for a Realtor in the Park Rapids area.

James was honest and trustworthy , he was so helpful and knowledgeable about how to present my home and what price range to ask , he made everything go so smoothly during the closing and always answered my calls promptly.
